Julian & Vibha: Destination wedding in Los Cabos was a blast
Our event planning team was uber excited about this wedding because we finally had the opportunity to work our wonders at a four-day destination wedding full of fun and splendor. In partnership with Destination Pick, our clients chose Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Golf & Spa which was a beautiful coastal village style resort with Spanish villas, blue waters, and plenty of sun and sand to make their dream wedding become a reality. Along with the usual planning activities, we even dealt with some interesting curveballs such as: coordinating guest transportation from their rooms using golf carts, putting together a water balloon fight on the beach after Haldi, and even ensuring our entertainment team MVPDJs had enough power to get the party started on the beach. We had all the ends covered…..talk about getting your “steps in” under the warm Cabo sun. The vendor team was spectacular because we needed teamwork to make the dream work. Especially when it came to getting our couple to their photoshoots across the resort so Garth Davies and Ruiz Films could work their magic. In the end, we could tell from the smiles on our couple’s faces as they broke it down on the poolside dance floor at the reception that Posh made it happen no matter the challenges, and honestly that is worth the world to us.
