The location for this “farm style” wedding was Swan Harbor, and it was gorgeous. We’re talking about an antique colonial estate surrounded by endless fields full of willow trees, beautiful flowers, and a pleasant little gazebo that overlooks glistening waters. Now the fun part, besides a huge outdoor tent for the festivities, that’s about all this location had so we rallied the troops and brought in every other vendor from event setup staff, catering, decorations, entertainment, and even converted an open farm field into a parking lot. To be honest the trickiest part was time management because in one instance, we had an elaborate outdoor stage décor and setup that had to accommodate over 200 people with ONLY 90 MINUTES to get it done. Well guess what, we got it done along-side the talented Om Event & Décor team. Ohh and since we were outside, let’s just say that we made sure that photobooth rotated with the sun to give our guests the perfect light. Not to mention we got the farm “popping” at night with the help of King Entertainment that had the crowd dancing to Bollywood and Bhangra until the venue pulled the plug…..just kidding they loved it too! Our beautiful couple walked down that aisle with happiness and the joy of their farm wedding becoming reality.
